Online Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Holiday items may be exchanged for a different size only, and must be received back by us no later than 7 days before the holiday. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable items
- Holiday items within 7 days of holiday
- Any custom, made-to-order, or special order items
- Sanitary items such as belly bands, panties, etc.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling 954-985-8848, except in the case of any custom or special order items. Once an order has shipped out, or a custom order has gone into production, no cancellations will be permitted.

You may use any shipping method of your choice, but please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so be sure to obtain tracking information and/or insurance for your package. A great inexpensive and convenient method is USPS.com where you can print your shipping label right from home and hand the package over to your regular mail man.
If you would like to exchange your item, please complete the return form included in your package. Don’t forget to indicate how you would like to pay for your new item(s) to be shipped, as your credit card was securely processed through PayPal, and your information was not shared with us. If you do not indicate which items you would like in exchange, a store credit will automatically be issued in your name. The following shipping rates will apply to all exchanges:
From $0.01 to $49.99 = $7.99 shipping*
From $50.00 to $99.99 = $12.99 shipping*
From $100 to $199.99 = $16.99 shipping*
From $200 and up = $19.99 shipping*
*Excludes oversized items such as certain dog beds, carriers, crates, etc.
